Mobile Technologies for Improving the Quality of Training Specialists in the Field of Independent Fire Risk Assessment
Abstract
The article discusses the important role of independent fire risk assessment in ensuring safety and reducing fire threats. Special attention is given to the competencies of experts conducting independent fire risk assessment and the necessity of their quality training. Existing mobile applications for training in fire safety and related fields are analyzed. The need for a specialized mobile application for self-preparation of experts for certification in independent fire risk assessment is identified. The advantages and disadvantages of using mobile technologies in training are considered. Requirements for the functionality and interface of the application, as well as the target audience and expected results of its implementation, are presented. The process of developing the prototype of the "Fire Audit" mobile application is described. Key features of the application include user registration and authorization, structured educational material, a library of regulatory and legal frameworks, a system for testing and assessing knowledge, and monitoring learning progress. The procedure for conducting the qualification exam for independent fire risk assessment experts is thoroughly examined, including the requirements for candidates and the exam procedure. A comparative analysis of existing mobile application development tools is conducted, justifying the choice of Flutter as the optimal solution. Various architectural patterns for mobile application development are considered, with BLoC being identified as the most suitable for this project. It is noted that the implementation of the application will enhance the accessibility and flexibility of the training process, improve the quality of specialist preparation, provide opportunities for continuous professional development, and save time and resources on training. Ultimately, this will contribute to increasing the level of competencies of experts and, consequently, improving the fire safety of facilities.
