Система обмена данными как образец системного подхода к созданию крупных информационных систем
Аннотация
Статья посвящена историческим аспектам создания первой отечественной системы обмена данными с пакетной коммутацией. Показаны роль и место этой системы в составе межвидовой автоматизированной системы управления стратегического назначения. Рассмотрены системотехнические и организационные предпосылки построения СОД на основе центров коммутации сообщений. Показан опыт создания сети с пакетной коммутации АРПАНЕТ. Отмечено, что создание СОД явилось результатом совместных усилий заказывающих органов Министерства обороны СССР, ведущего предприятия промышленности – научно-исследовательского института автоматической аппаратуры, а также военных научных организаций, прежде всего 16 ЦНИИИ связи.
