OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
In connection with the transition of the Russian higher education to new educational standards it is necessary to the restructuring of the educational policy in line with the competence approach. To improve the educational process in high school by improving the efficiency of the planning of educational activities as implemented a systematic approach educational process management based on client - server technology with the use of mathematical and algorithmic tools of formation and evaluation of high school graduate competenc ies.
