METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE DIGITAL SKILLS CONCEPT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of certain methodological aspects of the digital skills concept. The concepts, characteristics, classification of digital skills are considered. A model of digital skills and their profiles is proposed, it represents skills in the form of composite dynamic multidimensional entities. This model is used to identify marketable digital skills, to identify and systematize them, to solve the Human Resource Management problems, and to develop and implement job-training programmes for additional vocational education.
