Metrology of Systems of Evolutionary Coordination of Decisions and Rationing of Intellectual Work
Abstract
The work outlines a new information technology for evolutionary coordination of decisions for organizing effective group work. The coordination of group work is carried out in a self-organizing way through the use of genetic algorithms. The use of the Rush model and the principle of equal pay for equal work made it possible to introduce a universal unit for measuring the intellectual complexity of a task and the intellectual strength of actors - INT and to find the dependence of these quantities on the model parameters. A technique is proposed for objectively measuring the creative abilities of actors and determining the integral assessment of the quality of the actor’s work, as well as the relative values of the cost of solving problems and remuneration. The optimal number of actors was found to provide a cost-effective solution to the problem.
